With over 10 years of experience working alongside youth in schools, community settings, and family-centered spaces, I bring a heart for mentorship, guidance, and empowerment.

 

In the Grow in America program, I focus on building strong connections  not just with youth, but with the families who support them. I believe growth happens best when young people feel understood, encouraged, and grounded in a strong support system. My work centers on helping youth develop confidence, leadership skills, emotional awareness, and a sense of belonging, while also strengthening communication and understanding within families.

 

I am committed to creating a welcoming environment where young people can explore their identity, share their experiences, and build meaningful relationships that extend beyond the program. My approach is practical, supportive, and rooted in the belief that when families and communities work together, young people truly thrive.
